Phillips Graduate Institute, formerly known as California Family Study Center, started posting degrees as of August 1983.  If you graduated before August 1983, you will need to contact Azusa Pacific University at (626) 815-4570 and ask for Graduate Transcripts.  You can also fill out the Azusa transcript request form at:  http://www.apu.edu/graduatecenter/services/registrar/transcripts/.

If you graduated before 1985 it is possible that you will need to request transcripts from both schools.
